Stryker Completes Acquisition of Concentric Medical

Stryker has completed its acquisition of medical device company Concentric medical, according to a Stryker news release.

Concentric is focused on developing and manufacturing minimally invasive products for treating acute ischemic stroke. Stryker announced its intention of acquiring Concentric Medical for $135 million in August and is expected to be neutral to Stryker’s 2011 earnings per share.
