SpineGuard names exec to strengthen US market

Medical device company SpineGuard has named Patrick Pilcher as the vice president of sales and marketing in the U.S., according to an April 15 release.

Mr. Pilcher will be responsible for distribution channel development and launching and leveraging the company’s Dynamic Surgical Guidance sensing technology.  

SpineGuard’s DSG technology is core to the company’s portfolio and aims to secure and streamline the placement of bone implants.

Mr. Pilcher brings over 30 years of experience in the medical device and spine surgery industry. He held leadership positions at Medtronic, Zimmer Biomet, Spinal Concepts, Pioneer Surgical, Surgical Monitoring, Spinal Elements and CellRight Technologies.
