1. The company’s half-year revenue is down 14 percent at $4.23 million, compared to $4.91 billion during the same period in 2017.
2. Second quarter revenue in 2018 also dropped 8 percent year-over-year to $2.17 million.
3. Despite revenue losses, sales in the U.S. jumped 2 percent in the second quarter of 2018.
4. During the first half of 2018, the U.S. accounted for 83 percent of SpineGuard’s revenue.
5. SpineGuard improved net operating loss by around 50 percent for the first half of 2018.
6. The company sold 4,352 Dynamic Surgical Guidance unites in the first half of 2018. This is up from the 4,264 units sold in the first half of 2017.
7. Of the units sold, 2,599 or 60 percent were sold in the U.S.
