Here are five key notes:
1. The company reported 6.3 million euros in revenue for 2015.
2. Global fourth quarter revenue was up 45 percent to $1.7 million euros. The United States growth was 64 percent.
3. There were 7,449 PediGuard units sold in 2015, up from 6,063 in 2014. In the United States, 4,306 PediGuard units were sold, 58 percent of total sales.
4. SpineGuard recently secured 7.7 million euro debt financing with Bpifrance and IPF Partners.
5. The company reported the first DSG “smart screw” surgery was successful.
