SANUWAVE CFO resigns: 5 things to know

SANUWAVE Health’s CFO Barry Jenkins has resigned from the position.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. Mr. Jenkins is leaving the CFO position to take up accept a top management position at a medical services company.

 

2. He will remain in the role until July 31 to ensure a smooth transition.

 

3. Lisa Sundstrom, the company’s controller, will assume the additional duties of interim CFO.

 

4. Ms. Sundstrom has more than 23 years of financial and accounting experience. She has been with SANUWAVE for the last nine years.

 

5. SANUWAVE is a shock wave technology company focused on the development and commercialization of noninvasive devices for the repair and regeneration of skin, musculoskeletal tissue and vascular structures.
