5. Ms. Stryker previously sold 21,000 shares in July. The first 14,000 shares, sold on July 3, went for $85.37 per share in a $1.2 million transaction. The second 7,000 shares sold on July 7 were priced at $85.19 per share, making the total transaction worth $596,330.
