Here are three key points:

1. Under the agreement, Progenerative Medical possesses exclusive, global rights to Kinetic Concepts’ intellectual property and preclinical product development portfolio.

2. Kinetic Concepts’ portfolio includes negative pressure therapies for spine and general orthopedics.

3. Progenerative Medical may not develop and commercialize these negative pressure therapies.

“This agreement provides the foundation for our team, rich in talent and experience, to translate the very promising results seen in extensive preclinical studies into products with the potential to significantly improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction in orthopedic and spinal surgeries,” said James Poser, PhD, CEO and co-founder, Progenerative Medical.
