Precision Spine’s modular pedicle screw system hits 30,000th implantation

Precision Spine’s Reform modular pedicle screw system reached a milestone since its April 2016 introduction.

The system has been implanted 30,000 times with no reported dissociations to date, according to a May 17 news release. Reform screws are available in two sizes and are used in varying degenerative and trauma procedures.

“We are pleased and proud to document this event in our company annals as it is further evidence of our continuing mission to provide patients and surgeons worldwide with safe and effective solutions for complex spinal pathologies,” COO Chris DeNicola said.
