Orthopedic surgeon joins Vitro Biopharma’s scientific advisory board

Vitro Biopharma appointed orthopedic hand surgeon In Sok Yi, MD, to its scientific advisory board.

Four things to know:

1. Dr. Yi has practiced with Peak Orthopedics and Spine in Englewood, Colo., since 2012.

2. He is a clinical consultant for the clinical trial, “Vitro Biopharma Allogeneic Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy for Musculoskeletal Conditions.”

3. Dr. Yi completed an orthopedic surgery residency at University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville and a hand surgery fellowship at University of New Mexico and Affiliated Hospitals in Albuquerque.

4. Dr. Yi plans to “explore the potential of stem cells to advance the quality of care for orthopedic patients.”
