Oro Valley (Ariz.) Hospital has implemented MAKOplasty for partial knee resurfacing.

The minimally invasive robotic arm system allows for greater precision as specially trained orthopedic surgeons perform surgery for patients with early- to mid-stage osteoarthritis. The technology is also designed to shorten hospital stays and allow more rapid return to daily activities.
