Globus Medical raises earnings-per-share outlook after Q2 sales increase

Globus Medical reported second-quarter worldwide net sales of $789.6 million, up 5.9% year over year, and raised its full-year non-GAAP diluted earnings per share guidance while reaffirming its 2026 revenue outlook.

GAAP net income in Q2 fell 25.3% year over year to $151.6 million, according to an Aug. 6 news release from the medtech company. Globus attributed this decrease to a one-time $110.5 million gain from its Nevro acquisition in 2025. 

The company increased its full-year non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance to $4.95 to $5.05 from its previous range of $4.70 to $4.80, and it reaffirmed its revenue guidance of $3.18 billion to $3.22 billion.

Globus reported second-quarter non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.34, up 55.8% year over year. Worldwide net sales increased 5.9%, driven by a 3.0% increase in U.S. net sales and an 18.0% increase in international net sales.
