DePuy has agreed to offer participating members a rebate of up to 10 percent of the incremental purchase in the form of credit memo. The company has also forgone its contractual four percent line item price, which will account for more than $2.9 million in cost avoidance for the membership.
The rebate includes the Confidence Spinal Cement System and minimally invasive surgical solutions, in addition to devices for other injuries and conditions.
