Misonix, MedAssets sign supply agreement — 3 quick facts

Misonix entered into an exclusive national supply contract with MedAssets.

Here are three things to know:

 

1. Misonix designs, develops, manufactures and markets therapeutic ultrasonic medical devices. These devices are used in a number of procedures, including spine surgery, skull-based surgery, neurosurgery, wound debridement, cosmetic surgery and laparoscopic surgery.

 

2. MedAssets is one of the country’s largest third-party providers of supply chain management and procurement capabilities. It manages approximately $59 billion in annual supply spend on behalf of its clients.

 

3. The contract will be in effect for the next three years.
