MiMedx Reports $2.1M 3Q Revenue, 20-Fold Increase

Kennesaw, Ga.-based medical device company MiMedx Group recently reported third quarter revenue of $2.1 million, a 20-fold increase over the third quarter of 2010, according to a MiMedx news release.

Chairman and CEO of the company Parker Petit said the company has been successful in reducing its adjusted EBITDA loss in the third quarter by almost $500,000 as compared to the second quarter of 2011 as well as improved sales in the wound care and spine markets. During this quarter, the company initiated its AmnioFix and EpiFix allografts.
