Mr. Dormer is the former president of DePuy, and he led the device company through its initial public offering and its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson. He also served as the chairman of medical devices and diagnostics division for Johnson & Johnson.
Mr. Dormer joined the EOS board earlier in 2012.
