Medtronic Receives Subpoena Related to Marketing and Reimbursement Support of Neurostimulator

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York issued a subpoena to Medtronic seeking information about the company’s neurostimulation products, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

The Oct. 14 subpoena was related to the sales, marketing and reimbursement support practices of Medtronic’s neurostimulation devices. Medtronic has said that it will cooperate with the investigation.
