Here are five key facts:
1. Aureus Medical distributes spine and pain management solutions.
2. Under the agreement Aureus Medical will provide sales, marketing and distribution services throughout Germany for the launch of the DenerveX System.
3. The system is intended to treat facet joint syndrome. It consists of the DenerveX device, a single use medical device, and the DenerveX Pro-40 Power generator.
4. DenerveX is Medovex’s first pipeline product. But it is not yet commercially available.
5. Medovex recently signed a distribution agreement with Edge Medical in the United Kingdom, and established a European distribution center with TCB in Berlin.
