Medical Director Dr. Edward Khalfayan Operates on 2 Seattle Mariners Players

Edward Khalfayan, MD, orthopedic surgeon at OPA Ortho in Seattle and medical director/team physician for the Seattle Mariners, performed surgery on second baseman Dustin Ackley and shortstop Brendan Ryan, according to an MLB report.

Dr. Khalfayan performed the procedures to remove bone spurs in Mr. Ackley’s ankle and Mr. Ryan’s elbow.
