Prior to joining Paradigm Spine, Dr. Mathews served as vice president of medical affairs, clinical affairs and CMO at Medtronic Spine and Biologics. He is also the former president of Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisors, an advisory firm to the neuro-musculoskeletal industry. He has previously served as an associate clinical professor of orthopedic and neurologic surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
Dr. Mathews earned his medical degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed his Master’s in Business Administration degree at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
