LimaCorporate acquires TechMah Medical, aims to expand digital orthopedics technology: 4 details

Italy-based LimaCorporate acquired medical device software company TechMah Medical to help expand its footprint in digital orthopedics.

Here are four things to know:

1. LimaCorporate develops 3D printed orthopedic implants, including large joint revision and primary implants.

2. TechMah Medical will focus on the release of software and smart instruments to be used in combination with LimaCorporate’s implants.

3. LimaCorporate will provide funding to TechMah Medical and complete the acquisition as product development goals are achieved.

4. Final terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
