Under the agreement, Lima has acquired the Zimmer Unicompartmental High Flex Knee and the Biomet Discovery Elbow System within the European Economic Area and Switzerland markets. It has also acquired the Biomet Vanguard Complete Knee System for markets in Denmark and Sweden through a specific license agreement.
The agreement between Lima and Zimmer will become effective after the Zimmer-Biomet merger closes.
