Life Spine settles litigation with Aegis Spine

Life Spine settled its litigation agianst Aegis Spine and secured a court order permanently prohibiting marketing or sales of AccelFix-XT devices in the U.S., according to a Dec. 21 news release.

The order came from United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. L&K Biomed and L&K Spine also committed to stop selling the AccelFix-XT line in the U.S. 

Life Spine had sued Aegis Spine for breach of contract and trade secrets after the launch of the AccelFix-XT line.
