Mr. McNamara has held executive leadership positions in medical device and technology companies for the past 20 years. His experience includes management of two successful initial public offerings as well as capital raises and merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. McNamara will be replacing Dennis Hynson, who will continue to lead the company’s worldwide finance team as the senior vice president of global finance.
