Kell West Regional Hospital Adds MAKOplasty

Kell West Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas, has added MAKOplasty technology to its offerings, according to a Texoma’s Homepage report.

MAKOplasty is a minimally invasive partial knee resurfacing procedure performed using the RIO Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System. It allows surgeons to perform partial knee resurfacing procedures.

 

Kell West is the first and only hospital in Texoma to use it, according to the report.
