Three things to know:
1. Mr. Pfeil arrives from publicly traded consumer products company CSS Industries, where he operated in several financial leadership roles.
2. Previously he worked at Ernst and Young, KPMG and Arthur Andersen.
3. Mr. Pfeil earned an executive master’s degree in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College, also in Philadelphia.
