Mr. O’Hearn has more than 20 years of experience with the medical industry, including positions with Medtronic and AGA Medical. He holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Yale University in New Haven, Conn., and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago School of Business.
