K2M Launches Degenerative Spinal System Globally

Leesburg, Va.-based K2M has launched the EVEREST Degenerative Spinal System globally, according to a K2M news release.

The system is a top-loading pedicle screw system featuring titanium and cobalt chrome rods of 5.5 mm and 6 mm. The system also includes a screw thread pitch designed to maximize osteoporotic and dense bone fixation. The screw set based system includes a mixed material housing designed to minimize head splay.
