Integra LifeSciences Opens Office in China

Plainsboro, N.J.-based orthopedic device company Integra LifeSciences recently opened its first Asian business office in Shanghai, China, as part of an ongoing expansion into the medical device market, according to an Integra news release.

The new office in China will allow for direct presences in the Chinese market, which will enhance the company’s local capabilities, according to the report. The new branch will initially focus on the neurosurgical business, but the company plans to introduce products from the spine and orthobiologics market as well.
