Mr. De Witte succeeds Peter Arduini, who is leaving to take over as president and CEO of GE Healthcare. Mr. De Witte has more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and recently worked as CEO of Barco. He also has experience at GE, McKinsey and Procter & Gamble.
Mr. De Witte will begin his new role before the end of the year.
