Here are six key points:
1. Keith Valentine was named CEO of SeaSpine.
2. John Bostjancic was named CFO of the new business.
3. Mr. Valentine has more than two decades of experience in the orthopedic industry and he most recently served as president and COO of NuVasive.
4. Mr. Bostjancic joined Integra in 1999 and previously served as senior vice president of financial planning and analysis. He most recently was senior vice president of global supply chain at Integra.
5. In November 2014, Integra announced plans to spin off its orthobiologics and spinal fusion hardware business into a standalone company. Integra filed an initial Form 10 Registration Statement with the SEC to spin off SeaSpine.
6. The spin-off is expected to be completed in the second half of 2015.
