Integra LifeSciences announced the acquisition of Rebound Therapeutics Sept. 9, adding the company’s minimally invasive neurosurgery system.

1. The neurosurgery platform features integrated optics and illumination, enabling interfacing with OR monitors.

2. The technology expands Integra’s neurosurgical and therapeutic-focused portfolio.

3. Integra doesn’t anticipate the acquisition to have a material financial impact this year.

4. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
