Integra LifeSciences 2019 revenue up to $1.52B — 5 things to know

Integra LifeSciences posted an estimated 3 percent revenue increase over the past year in a preliminary earnings report.

Five things to know:

1. Full year 2019 revenue hit $1.517 billion to $1.522 billion, according to the unaudited reports.

2. Fourth quarter revenue for 2019 is expected to be between $395 million to $400 million, representing reported revenue growth of about 3 percent.

3. Integra anticipates full year 2020 total revenue to be between $1.55 billion to $1.57 billion, which would represent a 2 percent to 3 percent increase.

4. The company will initiate a share repurchase program with an authorization of up to $225 million, which has been approved by the board of directors.

5. Final full-year financial results will be released in February.
