Incite Innovations acquires spinal device company

Medical device company Incite Innovations has acquired spinal implant company NeuroStructures, OrthoSpineNews reported Jan. 7.

Irvine, Calif.-based NeuroStructures has 11 FDA-cleared products covering the cervical thoracic spine. The company also is developing several expandable implants, according to the report.

The acquisition brings new leadership to NeuroStructures: Eric Hansen as CEO; Bree Teer as COO; and Stacey Wolfe Goheen as a member of its advisory board.
