Here are four key points:
1. Implanet entered into an agreement with L&K Biomed’s U.S. subsidiary Aegis Spine in January. Under the agreement, Implanet used Aegis Spine’s team to commercialize
its products in the U.S.
2. Implanet will work with Aegis Spine to expand its Jazz platform.
3. In Asia and Oceania, L&K Biomed will distribute Implanet’s Jazz platform along with the company’s current products. L&K Biomed will first distribute the products in the
South Korean market before moving to the Japanese market.
4. In Europe, Implanet will distribute L&K Biomed’s products throughout France, United Kingdom and Germany.
