1. Ms. Shaughnessy worked for Partners Healthcare System in Boston for 20 years, and served as senior vice president of finance.
2. As SVP of finance, Ms. Shaughnessy was involved in the strategic planning process, reviewed the company’s financial results and worked to improve commercial and government insurer payment rates.
3. Since 2007, Implanet, a medical device company, has manufactured orthopedic surgery implants.
4. Jazz, its flagship product, is an implant for treating spinal pathologies that require vertebral spinal surgery.
