TranS1 names Chris Groppa chief marketing officer, director of reimbursement: 6 highlights

TranS1 named Chris Groppa as chief marketing officer and director of reimbursement.

1. TranS1 is a medical device company that designs, develops and markets products to treat degenerative spinal conditions.

 

2. Mr. Groppa will oversee the development and implementation of all marketing activities in his new role.

 

3. He will also oversee TranS1’s insurance reimbursement strategy.

 

4. Prior to joining TranS1, he did product development work with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and brand marketing for IBM.

 

5. He earned his master of business administration from the University of Notre Dame (Ind.)
