Mr. O’Donnell has a wealth of experience in company-building, developing strategic partnerships and commercial, clinical, regulatory and reimbursement strategies.
Previously, he served as CEO of orthobiologic company ProteoThera, which he founded, president and CEO of Histogenics, and CEO of ProChon Biotech.
Ortho RTI founders Michael Buschmann, PhD, and Caroline Hoemann, PhD, retired from the board Feb. 22. Dr. Buschmann will remain as chief scientific officer and both will continue to serve on the scientific advisory board.
