Mr. Asar previously served as executive vice president and chief growth officer of the company, which he joined in 2008. He previously had 20 years of experience with medical device giant Johnson & Johnson.
In his position as president and COO, Mr. Asar will be responsible for leading the company’s emerging business and growth opportunities and taking responsibility for the company’s SPS and Likia business units in distribution and network management.
