Five things to know:
1. Net sales globally were $625.7 million, a 63.1% increase year over year, according to a news release.
2. U.S. net sales grew 60.3% year over year. Sales growth was driven by the NuVasive merger and increased spine and enabling technology sales.
3. Musculoskeletal net sales were $587.4 million, and enabling technology sales were $38.3 million.
4. Net income was $51.8 million, largely driven by sales and a decrease in acquisition-related costs.
5. Globus Medical raised its full-year guidance and expects revenue to reach $2.49 billion to $2.5 billion.
