Former president and senior vice president of the company were sentenced to nine months in jail and fined $100,000 each, according to the report. The third executive will receive additional jail time. The company violated FDA rules and regulations when surgeons tested its bone cement on patients before the FDA approved it for clinical testing on humans. Three patients died as a result of the procedure.
