Bradley Paddock was named as the board’s independent chair, according to a July 7 news release. He has more than 25 years of experience including global president of spine at Stryker and vice president of global sales and marketing at Bausch + Lomb. He’s currently president and CEO of CeQur SA, which focuses on insulin delivery devices.
Rick Anderson was named executive chairman of the board. He has more than 30 years of experience in investing and executive leadership. He’s chairman of Revival Healthcare Capital, a private equity firm in Austin. His previous experience includes roles at ConvaTec. Cordis Corp. and Johnson & Johnson.
