Former DJO Global CEO Elected as Chairman of Alphatec’s Board of Directors

Alphatec Holdings, parent company of Carlsbad, Calif.-based Alphatec Spine, has elected Leslie H. Cross as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors, according to a company news release.

Mr. Cross is the retired president and CEO of DJO Global, an orthopedic device manufacturer. During his time with DJO Global, the company’s revenues grew from $30 million-$966 million.
