Former DePuy President David Floyd Becomes CEO of OrthoWorx

Former Worldwide President of DePuy Orthopaedics David K. Floyd has agreed to serve as CEO of Warsaw, Ind.-based OrthoWorx, effective Sept. 6, according to an OrthoWorx news release.

R. Floyd was a founding member of the OrthoWorx board of directors, where he served until April 2011. In addition to his position with DePuy, Mr. Floyd has also worked with orthopedic device manufacturer Zimmer Holdings, and served as president and CEO of AxioMed Spine Corporation.
