Flower Orthopedics raises $2.2M in private sale

Flower Orthopedics raised $2.2 million in a private stock sale, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report.

A filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission shows that the company aims to raise a total of $4.5 million.

 

Flower Orthopedics is a developer of orthopedic surgery kits, such as FlowerCube, a kit that includes all the implants and instruments needed for bone fixation procedures, according to the report.
