The ARROW system allows surgeons to perform both anatomical and reverse shoulder replacements using the same humeral stem and set of instruments. The FDA already approved the anatomical version of the prosthesis in November 2010. The system is designed to provide greater flexibility for surgeons and improved range of motion and independence for patients.
