Conventus Orthopaedics receives FDA clearance for shoulder fracture implant

Conventus Orthopaedics received FDA clearance for its Conventus PH Cage.

The cage is intended for surgical repair of shoulder fractures. It expands within the bone creating robust fixation and preventing further collapse of the fracture. The company has planed a limited release in the U.S. market over the coming weeks.
