Dr. Yamaguchi has more than 25 years of leadership experience and he founded the shoulder and elbow service at Washington University in St. Louis in 1995. He is currently the Sam & Marilyn Fox Distinguished Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Washington University and will continue in that role as part-time faculty. He also serves as treasurer of the board of directors of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
