California spine center installs low-dose X-ray system

Restore Orthopedics & Spine Center in Orange, Calif., recently implemented EOS imaging, a low-dose X-ray system developed for spine and orthopedics.

The seven-physician group, founded in 2015, said it is the first orthopedic private practice in California to acquire the technology.

EOS imaging’s 3D orthopedic planning systems include spineEOS, hipEOS 3.0 and kneeEOS.

In February, spinal device company Alphatec acquired EOS imaging.
