Bioventus expands EXOGEN Performance Program in Canada: 6 things to know

Here are six things to know:

 

1. The Performance Program for EXOGEN now encompasses delayed union and acute fractures.

 

2. The Performance Program refunds patients their out-of-pockets costs for EXOGEN if fracture healing progression for nonunion does not occur.

 

3. This refund program is now active in Canada to include delayed union and acute fractures. This does not include the skull and vertebrae.

 

4. EXOGEN delivers low intensity pulsed ultrasound to encourage the body’s natural healing process.

 

5. Physicians determine healing progression by comparing the patient’s original X-rays to their X-rays taken 120 days after using EXOGEN.

 

6. Providers have used EXOGEN for more than 1 million patients globally.
