Implanet reports 19% boost in JAZZ sales in first half of 2017 — 8 highlights

Implanet reported its revenue for the first half of 2017.

Here are eight highlights:

 

1. In the first half of 2017, Implanet saw revenue of about $4.77 million.

 

2. The company generated sales of about $1.22 million in the U.S.

 

3. JAZZ sales spiked 19 percent in the first half of 2017, reaching $2.78 million.

 

4. The JAZZ sales accounted for 58 percent of the company's total revenue, compared to 49 percent in 2016.

 

5. JAZZ sales increased 24 percent, to $914,618 in France, and 101 percent in the rest of the world for the first half of 2017.

 

6. Implanet sold 4,641 JAZZ implants, reflecting a 49 percent volume growth from the first half of 2016.

 

7. The company's adult degenerative bone disorder segment generated sales of $804,393.

 

8. Implanet's knee and arthroscopy sales dipped 18 percent in the first half of 2017, compared to the first half of 2016. This decrease is to the company's decision to gradually stop distributing these products.
